The 92-strong Choir sang services in the Abbey twice a week, and the Chamber Choir (*) formed the Tenor and Bass section of the Choral Society performance of Leonard Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms and Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man on 11 February. The Chamber Choir performed an Introit every Sunday evening in the Abbey, took part in the Sherborne Abbey Festival, sang Choral Evensongs in Exeter Cathedral (November) and Wells Cathedral (March), in Music & Readings for Christmas in the School Chapel, and in Battle of the Organs during Commem week. The Barbershop Group (^) took part in the Festive Shopping Day, Sherborne Abbey Festival and the Gala Concert:

In a Joint Schools’ Musical Showcase on 21 January, performances were given by the Sherborne Schools’ Symphony Orchestra, the Joint Schools’ Wind Quintet, the Joint Schools’ Choir, the Sherborne Schools’ Brass Trio, the Jazz Ensemble and the Swing Band.
Ian Liu ATCL LTCL Sch.Mus gave a Piano Concert at St Andrew’s Church, Trent, in May, raising money for a new Church roof.
The Brass Band gave concerts on Festive Shopping Day on 7 December and as part of the Sherborne Abbey Festival, as well as punctuating the bigger services in the Abbey.
