Termly Fees 2025/26

Fees per term from 1 September 2025 will be as follows:

Amendment to fee structure from 2026-27

From the 2026-27 academic year, Sherborne Boys will be introducing Day Boarding and a revised Day fee structure, designed to reflect more clearly the different ways families engage with Sherborne Boys’ boarding life.

The new options will be as follows: 

• Boarding (Full) – unchanged, providing the complete boarding experience, every night of term. 
• Day Boarding (refined) – for day pupils who wish to have boarding access with a guaranteed bed whenever needed. A day boarding fee applies, with a reduced nightly boarding charge. 
• Day (Light) – a new, lower-cost day-only option with no access to boarding, except in genuine emergencies approved by the School. 

We will publish the full 2026/27 fee schedule (inc. VAT), including any cost-of-living or inflationary increase, before the Trinity Term. Our Admissions team will be happy to discuss which option best suits your son. 

Fees in Lieu of Notice

You are reminded that under the School’s terms and conditions you must give a term’s written notice to terminate the parent contract, given not later than the first day of the term which is to be the boy’s final full term at the School. If proper notice is not given then fees in lieu of notice will be payable in lieu as a debt.
